1. Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for damaged or incorrect products only. To initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Email us at athir.mehmood@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, you will receive:

  • A replacement product
  • Or store credit (in certain cases)

Refunds are processed only for damaged or wrong items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse
  • Items returned after 7 days without approval

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
